Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Institutions Support
Specialist I, Compliance Solutions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line customer support for financial institutions and
business partners
Manage customer installations, including training and document
reviews
Develop knowledge of Compliance Systems' product functionality and
assist in troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or
equivalent work experience
0 - 2 years of work experience in banking/financial services
technology
3+ years of experience in financial institutions preferred
Previous experience implementing software products preferred
Strong service orientation and passion for the fintech industry
