AreWe are looking for a Senior Advisor on our Client Partnerships
team. As a Senior Advisor, you'll support, and at times lead, an
integrated team to deliver the strategy and delivery across a
portfolio of connections, commerce and creative accounts focused
within our Home & Entertainment industry group. The role requires a
strong understanding of digital marketing & advertising, paired
with a deep understanding of the social media space and how to
present POVs and strategic presentations that resonate with client
marketing teams.What you'll do:
- Build and foster collaborative and trusted relationships,
acting as key advisor and partner lead between clients and
agency
- Interpret client needs and translate feedback into actionable
next steps for Code3 team to deliver successfully on client
expectations
- Understand the client's business KPIs and how they measure
overall business success and performance
- Translate client's business brief into actionable campaign
brief for internal teams that facilitates development of channel
and integrated strategies and plans that support holistic client
business goals
- Apply critical evaluation of client brief and communicate any
challenges or alignment hurdles to KPIs and objectives (within
campaign & business alignment)
- Ability to translate media plan recommendations to the client
and map back how this drives overall business KPIs and campaign
goals
- Point of escalation for internal team challenges (e.g.
workload, communication challenges) and providing solution
thought-starters
- Proactively identifying client needs to secure up-sells,
cross-sells, and contract renewals (aka retention)
- Responsible for agency financial management and entry of
updates to internal Finance team
- Oversee budget allocation for client projects, ensuring optimal
utilization of resources to maximize client-level
profitability
- Collaborate with Activation team members to provide guidance on
the most effective digital marketing channels based on client goals
and target audience behavior
- Responsible for leading all client meetings
- Responsible for daily communication with clients and internal
teams
- Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients in
a compelling and persuasive mannerWho will love this role:

- 4+ years account management experience within digital
advertising and/or Amazon/e-commerce/retail media preferred.
- Experience in working with large datasets and performing
quantitative analysis
- Superior Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a MUST. You

position is $84,000 - $100,000 and is commensurate with candidate
experience and location.
