Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance to build the function from the ground up and assist in making informed business decisions.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strategic deep dives to address complex business challenges and propose new strategies
Translate strategies into actionable plans in collaboration with relevant functional areas
Develop and report key financial metrics to provide visibility into business performance



Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in banking, consulting, or finance/FP&A in a high-growth organization; healthcare experience is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; experience in SQL or Business Intelligence is a bonus
Impact-oriented with the ability to translate numerical data into actionable insights
Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
Resourceful and adaptable, with a willingness to refine processes and tackle complex data challenges
