Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee tax functions
and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the tax function, ensuring compliance with laws
and regulations
Collaborate with outside tax advisors on strategic projects and tax
planning initiatives
Manage all US and foreign tax filings, including preparation of
workpapers and tax returns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years' tax accounting experience
Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience in managing tax provision processes and audits
