Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fractional Tax Associate to assist in
delivering a full range of tax services to multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file corporate and partnership income tax returns,
including multi-state and international reporting
Conduct tax research and collaborate with clients on tax matters,
planning, and special projects
Work with tax leadership and internal accounting teams on various
income tax engagements and requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and/or equivalent
work experience
2+ years of experience in a busy, complex tax environment
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite
Active CPA or ability to sit for the CPA exam required
Experience with tech start-up organizations preferred but will
train the right person
