Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales and Use Tax Accountant
who is experienced in the renewable energy and construction
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the management of sales/use tax inquiries and maintain
relationships with external advisors
Prepare and manage timely filing of sales and use tax returns and
support audits as necessary
Provide support to various departments and assist in the issuance
of tax exemption certificates
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in indirect and/or sales/use tax in a
corporate or consulting environment
Experience with sales/use tax across multiple states
Preferred experience in solar, fund, construction, and/or
manufacturing sectors
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience with Oracle Fusion accounting software and/or Vertex is
a plus
