Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Coach to assist clients
with their investment and financial wellness needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide education and advice on financial planning and investment
options
Manage inbound queues and appointments, ensuring timely service and
customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to enhance client assets and conduct
retirement planning discussions
Required Qualifications
FINRA 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations required
Previous experience in inbound and outbound phone roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
professional work experience
Demonstrated success in performance roles or similar experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful customer
interactions
