A company is looking for a Senior Lock Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce Lock Desk policy and procedures
Assist loan officers with rate lock maintenance and loan
re-prices
Monitor and track Best Effort rate locks with investors
Required Qualifications
Four-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
preferred
2+ years in the mortgage industry preferred
2+ years of Encompass experience
2+ years of Optimal Blue experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
