Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance to support the
growth and development of its global financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and process payroll for employees in over 10+ countries,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with payroll
regulations, labor laws, and tax codes
Prepare detailed financials, FP&A, payroll reports, and provide
insights for efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years
managing multi-country payroll
Must have startup experience
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
Passionate entrepreneur with strong business instincts
North America Time Zone availability
