Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited
division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a
leading provider of mental health and addiction services in
Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking a -Full Time Program
Manager -to join our -Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS)
Program -located in -Newark, NJ. ICMS provides in vivo case
management services to adults with severe and persistent mental
illness with co-occurring stance abuse. Services are designed to
engage, support, and link clients to traditional and
non-traditional recovery oriented supports and services. The goal
is to maximize clients' independence by providing personalized,
flexible and collaborative services in the clients' natural
environments. Job Duties:
- To oversee the daily operations of the ICMS outreach program in
Newark.
- Provide supervision to Clinical Team Leader, case managers, and
to ensure that the program comply with State, Medicaid and CARF
regulations.
- Program manager must be able to perform crisis intervention as
needed.
- Making sure that the program gather statical data on a monthly
and quarterly basis.
- PM to perform quality assurance making sure that the records
are in compliance to State, Medicaid and CARF standards.
- Completely bi weekly timesheets, assessing for appropriate
intakes and discharges.
- PM must be able to make sure that billing and program
productivity is maintained.
- Must be able to market the program in order to build and
maintain program capacity.
- Monitor all staff performance and productivity.
- Participate in management meetings internally and externally as
it relates to the consumers and staff. Requirements:
- Master's degree in mental health discipline
- Five years of experience in the health care or psychiatric
field\
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license required LSW/LCSW preferred. Must have
strong knowledge of working with adults with persistent mental
Illness. Must have good writing skills and knowledge of maintaining
